About

Anne Tilp
Breeder and Stableowner

With 40 years experience in working with horses. I'm the partner for all your questions round and about Z horses.

I started riding as a young girl. Back then my biggest dream was, that I’m going to have a horsestud.  So I studied horse- and riderschooling. In the year 2000 I’ve got my master certificate. In the year 2006 I’ve started to order my priorities new and focused more on breeding. First we’ve breed Holsteinerhorses - since 2013 I breed Zangersheide, because for me it’s the most modern and best studbook for breeders in the world.

Gustavo Munoz

Gustavo lives in Argentina, Buenos Aires. His daughter Andrea works in London. Both have the same goals like me. Breeding horses for the high showjumpingsport. Gustavo has a big stable and horsestud in Argentina, but he knows the main place for horse sport is in europe. Over the global studbook Zangersheide we’ve got the chance to meet us and work together. The goal will be to get some horses for the worldchampionchips in Z.

Our philosophy

B

reeding and training horses needs a lot of patience. Every year we can learn more about breeding and the sport. The modern sport of showjumping requires different horses and we, the breeders, always try to listen to the changing needs of the future clients. The way of riding has also changed. The horses have to be more intelligent and needs fast reflexes too, to compensate some mistakes of the riders.
This means, that the horses need a lot of trust in their riders. When we start a horse we are always listening to them, so we build up the trust of the horse in the riders actions to give them the perfect basis for a future partnership with the rider. We are trying to make the best mutual basis for them as possible. No manipulation by loose jumping for spectacular videos and a lot of time to break in.
quote

We try to give the horses enough trust for their life...

The showjumping sport goes fast forward. Higher, faster, further. The pool of money is so high than never before. So it is important, that the horses are growing up in a facility, where they can build up their strength and grow into healthy and sturdy athletes. Horses need a lot of movement during the first weeks, months and years so the tendons and ligaments can be trained perfect for the future tasks in their life.

We think for your future

Our foals are already going in the outside in their first 12 hours of live. Big movingstables with winterpaddocks for the wintertime and big grasfields to be 24 h outside for the summertime. So they can train bones, ligaments, tendons and immune system.
